Brought to you by Altogether Yoga, these naked yoga classes in Brighton are suitable for men 18 years or older. Whether you have some previous yoga experience or not, all are welcome to come learn key yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. You can also learn partner poses by optionally working in pairs or trios.
