One of the longest running naked yoga classes around, Naked ACT Men’s Yoga in Narrabundah offers Friday night classes that fuse many styles of Yoga, such as Hatha, Iyenga, Ashtanga, Acro, Dru, Tantra and Oki-Do. Knowledge of traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Shiatsu and Western Anatomy and Physiology are also inherent in the classes.
